I've been dabbling in other game systems recently. Picked up some Warmachine at adepticon and demo'd warcrow. Both games seem really fun.

Just finished Rob's review of the book. GW really needs to start letting unique hero's take enhancements. I think the army will be fine but ultimately boring to play and play against. Who's ready for 30 black knight spam?

Haven't posted in a bit, but my hand has been forced. Did the rules team just forget to give the vampire AoR the vampire rule? And why are we spending a command point to use an ability that happens on a 3+? What are we doing, guys? Are we even trying?

Anyone else feeling very whelmed with AoS? The game is "Fine" atm but I know it can be so much better. It's pretty feels bad to be lukewarm on the game that has been so impactful on my life.

Saw @sixdiceskills.bsky.social review of the gitz book. Pretty unimpressed but it falls in line with what we should expect from GW for the first year. We still got a ways to go before we start to see books designed for what 4th ed is and not what it was expected to be.
