To optimize your code, focus on sections that run very frequently. Concentrating your efforts there will yield the most benefit. Optimizing rarely executed sections usually provides minimal gains.

I participated in Sentry's Debug December (www.debugdecember.com) and was able to solve all 24 challenges. Less than 20% of participants did so. This also reinforced why I hate JavaScript! 😂

I find it incredible that Laravel has only contributed $34000 and Symfony has only contributed $22000 to the PHP Foundation so far. That's peanuts for these companies and they should invest a lot more in their core component. 🙄
