9 weeks ago today I had knee replacement surgery. 9 weeks ago tomorrow I had a mini stroke. Today I’m wearing my tall black boots to go to a market. I didn’t even think I’d be doing Christmas markets but here I am. #blessed

Not the most exciting photo But today I took my 1st walk in months, years! Osteoarthritis in my knees prevented me from walking. Today seemed like a good day to try a walk and although it was only 20 minutes, felt good to get out. My knee is sore but I can rest it during language class coming up!

Today was 1st day at physio for my knee. I told her about the stroke/vision loss and tennis elbow, she really felt for me. Turns out I have good movement, shown advanced stretching/exercises. I go back Dec 10. Why 28?! Today is the 17th so that means 28 MONTHS OF SOBRIETY Y’ALL! WOOT WOOT! 🎉🥳🎊

October 1 - knee replacement October 2 - stroke October 10 - came home from hospital October 11 - my dear big brother Robin brought turkey dinner for me and my boys. He’s the Best Big Brother, love you 🥰❤️ I didn’t post because I couldn’t see the photo I took very well. Today I can. 😊❤️

Sooooo I don’t have an IV infection. I have tennis elbow. I do have repetitive movements when making my creations. It feels like my body is being told to work less …. I want to work! I love working! I need moulah for food! Sigh. 🙏🏽🪶

I’ve recently started Language Class to learn our Language. They are Zoom classes every Tues/Thurs 5 - 6:30 pm. My Aunty Shelley, sis Adrianna are teaching, I know everyone in our class! My sis Julianne told me about it, she said Dad would be proud of me. No sis, he’s proud of all of us. 🙏🏽🪶❤️
