Home from my volunteer job, showered, changed and time for a #record before tea. I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to hear it all but I’ll make a start on #Focus3 #Focus

Bit of luck in the #charityshop today. Picked up a couple of records. #theband and #thebeatles 50p for The Band and £2 for The Beatles.

#Walked home from #work and I just managed to get back before the rain started. It looked lovely from the house as I got home just before the rain.

Stopped for a pasty and chat with the old man I’m working for today. Ex miner who used to play rugby and box. He said his legs are a bit slow now but if he did manage connect a punch he would still put me on my arse. Love it.

Digging out a patch of ground for a small patio for a lovely old bloke today. It’s tipping down with rain but I still prefer this to my old stuck in front of a screen job. He’s already made me tea and stopped to talk at the back door. Great.

Home from #work a bit later than usual this evening. Don’t ask. I’ve showered, changed and had a fish finger sandwich and a cuppa. Time for a #record. I picked this up in a #charityshop a couple of years ago. #TheNice

Just finished this book that I got as a Christmas present. It’s a really good read. I hadn’t thought much about how my part of the world was made but this is written in a very engaging way. #Tir #CarwynGraves

Back from my first #walk of the year. Only about three miles today but it was lovely out there. Showered, changed and a coffee now. My plan today is to get some #records on for an hour or two and then a couple of #rugby matches on the telly.

Been to a funeral today. I’m not a religious man but it is quite something to be in an old church and hear those Welsh hymns sung well. We sang the National Anthem in #Welsh at the end which was quite moving. #Wales

I’m feeling a bit slow after last night. Met up with some ex work colleagues. We had a drink and laugh and remembered old stories. I’m on my second coffee now and will be having a #walk later to clear my head a bit. #hangover

Went out to see some live music last night and got home very late. I’m out with ex colleagues tonight for a pint and a laugh. I’ll be knackered tomorrow!

My brother just rang. “Do you fancy a night out, I’ve got a spare ticket for a rock band called #TheCommoners you’ll enjoy it. We can have a pint.” It’s across the border in Bristol and I’m getting a lift at 6.15pm. Should be good.

MrsEJ has had four pieces accepted by the gallery in #Swansea She’s thrilled. She wasn’t expecting that. Exciting times here.

I’m in #Swansea this morning. MrsEJ has been invited to a gallery to see if her work will be acceptable to exhibit. She’s a bit nervous but the work is good so fingers crossed.

A quick search shows that the standing stone I walked past this morning is a prehistoric monument which was likely reused as an early Christian memorial marker #History #walk

Just back from a lovely walk up and out of the valley to the top of the mountain. It is about an eight mile route. Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) in the distance. Standing stone on the way up there. I’m not sure what it’s called. Shower and coffee to warm up a bit now.

I remember this #FleetwoodMac record being released and not expecting the difference from how #Rumours sounded. A few listens and I preferred #Tusk
