The potential for thousands of new deaths from TB is not worth the less than 1% in federal savings that came from cutting USAID.

One thing I continue to struggle with is that my dadās death was no oneās fault, but also completely preventable and unnecessary. And I find it hard to experience that anger, which I donāt think will go away and I donāt know that I want it to, and learning to be ok with a life where he is not here.

I am once again complaining about medical admin. Why is it SO HARD to get something SO SIMPLE done!!! Medical systems would save so much money if IT systems were more modern and connected to each other, and patients+staff would save so much time.

I never thought single-minded focus (monotropism) was much a part of my autism. Sure, I have obsessions, but they donāt often take up my whole consciousness. However - when I have assignments (uni or work), I stop reading books, I stop gaming, I find it very hard to do more than one thing.

These a truly chilling numbers. Each and every one is a person with a life as complex and rich as you and I. Oligarchal cruelty and greed condemns those rich society deems unworthy - we have to remember, and say out loud, that they are worthy.
