For the last 2 weeks I’ve been eating clean (as few ultra processed foods as possible), hitting the gym twice a week and getting 10k steps in and… I’ve managed to lose 6lb (2.7kg) 🤌🏻 The motivation is back, I’m getting back onto this properly - please hold me accountable 😆
