My play is still touring. And a vlogger made this...with permission from the producing theatre. I really appreciated this!! It's the first time a local social media influencer paid attention to my work...very cool. Check it out.

My unlikely pick for Best Picture is Del Toro's FRANKENSTEIN. What does it mean to be human, watch it on Netflix and find out. The score is Oscar-worthy gorgeous and it's my pick for Best Director and Best Adapted screenplay.

Resiliency Day, Jan 17, honoring the 11 who were killed in a mass shooting at the nearby ballroom...many events centering wellbeing...including a meditation poetry workshop led by me.

Last minute I dusted off the tongue drum, not knowing how to incorporate it in my meditative poetry workshop...glad I did, it inspired beautiful words...and use of a mic to fill the room with healing power...
