DAY 11 post-FESS, septoplasty & turbinate reduction: Saline rinses still flushing out dissolvable packing (glamorous as it sounds). Pain & pressure are minimal, no pain relief needed, antibiotics finished. Some cheekbone/top teeth tenderness remains. Bonus update: matching t-shirt & boxers today.

Findings from consultant TLDR: Wonky nose straightening and sinus mining / tunnelling to improve snot flow The sinuses themselves are healthy, but the nose and drainage pathways are functioning poorly because of structural obstruction and scarring.

Wonky septum almost blocking entire airway on right side. Operation required to fix that and improve sinus drainage.
