We study antibiotic treatment failure and evolution in chronic lung infections
Excited to share our new paper in Microbiome, led by Wolfgang Lab postdoc Cristian Roca, in collaboration with Drs. Bradly Drummond and Ilona Jaspers. We show that nasal microbiome dysbiosis is associated with COPD exacerbation risk.

Flagellar motility and the mucus environment influence aggregation-mediated antibiotic tolerance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in chronic lung infection | mBio
