I know people who switched from smoking to vaping because they were 'quitting' ... A few years later, one habit got replaced with another - just more constant. I couldn't do it. I'm sensitive to smells and chemicals (perfumes, detergents, some meds, jewellery metals), and the vapour sets me off 🤧

Yup. I even went and did a degree and still came back to the job I've done for 12 years. The grass wasn't greener - it just showed me where I belong. It's not just a job, it's who I am. I love caring for my patients, I love my colleagues, & my workplace has been the most stable constant in my life 💙

Just cancelled Netflix 😏 Had a family chat and realised none of us can even remember the last time we used it 🙄 Feels like a lot of toxic, brain-rotting noise anyway 🤮 We'd rather spend our time living in the real world 😇 Choosing more real life, less algorithm 👑
