Today's doctor's appt took forever. Waiting on blood test result but diabetes looking almost definite. Going to watch #JurassicWorld anime on #Netflix with craft & try forget about my health as I feel overwhelmed by it all. Got support from family & my carer. Just need to let it all settle.

Going to spend a few hours review gaming as the past 24hrs have been a lot & killing enemies will make me happy! Just hoping my local Dr's read the info I've sent them from specialist team as standard form of treatment for BP & diabetes isn't good for me. Want to be as healthy as I can!

Busy day with friend coming. In a check for my BP had Dr try to reach me but my phone broke yest. Got a Barbie phone as interim and I might have diabetes. Was busy today with dentist then lunch out so resting up as tomorrow a friend is visiting for lunch. In #chronicillness terms this is an epic fail having 2 things in a row but couldn't be helped. Did try the #Starbucks #pistachio oat iced latte with pistachio foam and it was utterly delicious!💚

The only upside of being up so early apart from not being late for morning prayers is getting some of my chores done early. Feel sleepy already but can't nap until.the parcel comes. Watched new ep of #GreysAnatomy rewatched some #VirginRiver & now going to continue with #AscendanceofABookworm

Got a sore arm and am slightly cranky as I've a 24hr blood pressure monitor. I thought it would be high tech but it's not and it's the standard cuff and squeezing motion. It's once an hour and I managed to sleep but spent first hour dropping it a lot until I put it in a bag I hate these monitors!

Of course I wake with a migraine when I have a busy morning!!! Took my fast acting migraine meds which have helped a lot. Got what I needed to done. Just got the usual exhaustion. Got something this eve but can rest in between. Audiobook and craft time once i sort lunch!

Been a day of adulting. Not quite done but taking a break with this beautiful #crochet project. Loving working on these mandalas, they are all the parts I love about flat crochet 🥰💜Plus who doesn't love #sparkly #yarn! Sparkles aren't showing much but are there.

Another snow sickness day but it looks pretty! Helper came fter almost 3 weeks of not having her so that was good for me & my home. Been resting and now time to play #VisionsofMana It's as excellent as I remembered my last play. It is quite bittersweet in plot.

It snowed!!!!! Just a Sprinkle but I have the white stuff!!! And the usual snow sickness I get of feeling really peaky so a day in bed with heated blanket, watching #Victoria on #Netflix & working on this #crochet ripple blanket. Plus the usual #migraine exhaustion too.

It is super cold here in the south of England which, as it does every winter, makes me feel super pesky. #chronicillness sucks! Had about 12hrs solid sleep which impressive for me. Still exhausted but at least I've had a good sleep before staying up for new year. Quiet day review gaming which is fun. I celebrate new year on my own but I like to remember all I've lot, so this year is my sweet Snowdrop.

When you come back from being away to realise the heating was on the daytime setting all day and night...least my Yoshino was extra warm on his own! Rip my wallet though. Got some more family visits the next few days but by weds will be back to normal. Had some insomnia so on the exhausted side.

Woke early for my specialist supplements which I'd missed yesterday. Thought the box was too light and they've only sent 1 pot of Riboflavin, not the 6 month supply I should have! I intrigued as to what they will say. At least j got my coq10 safely! It means more waking early when they sort it out.
