Breakfast I'm very disappointed with myself, because the hotel had all the ingredients to create a Full English Breakfast with the knowledge I acquired on this trip, but I missed the other side of the buffet

Is it too much to ask for some local food in hotels? I am in Wales now and they have Chicken Tikka masala, which everyone KNOWS is a Scottish dish!
