Professorship (W1 with Tenure Track) in Financial History and Data Science The Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE – Sustainable Architecture for Finance in Europe – based in Frankfurt am Main promotes research and knowledge transfer in policy and society on all aspects related to the structure and functioning of the financial system. Its goal is to contribute to the strengthening of a sustainable and resilient financial system that fosters innovation and serves the needs of the economy and society. This objective is pursued, among other things, through the project “Financial and Corporate Research from a Long-Term Perspective: Digitization of Historical Collections of German Financial Market and Corporate Data”, funded by the Academy of the Sciences and Literature, Mainz and running from 2025 – 2042.
