Found out something really neat! If you use a single-layer tilemaplayer in your Godot and want to save/load it fast, use the pattern tools! It's as easy as storing a TileMapPattern variable in a Resource and then doing the below! RT to spread this timesaving pattern! #godot #gamedev #indiedev
