We were in a sports bar in Amsterdam watching the USA v. Australia World Cup match. The Australians in the crowd started chanting “The Aussie boys are on a bender. Donald Trump is a sex offender.” So this is apparently a coordinated national chant.

This weekend’s #BreakthroughT1DRide in Cape Cod was fantastic. I completed the full 100 mile route and the ride raised a little over $2 million for diabetes research.

Started my day yesterday by brewing coffee from a local roster at home. Then I deactivated my X account. Finished the day by going to a celebration of local music and paying cash for the tickets and drinks.
