Aaaarghhh!! A week ago my washing machine broke down.. according to my service contract it would be fixed or replaced within 48h. 8 days later and still nothing. Calling the client service: 45 min on hold. Tried the live chat: 25 min and still no contact. Going crazy over here🤬🤬🤬
