I'm doing a technical writing module but my head's not being technical and my fingers don't work properly so I'm in a right snit and BAH! I should just leave it for now, right?

Good morning Skyfolk. I'm a bit of a sad sack today, for reasons I won't bore you with, so I'm going to get my carcass up and out to the gym. I'm having issues using my hands at the moment, so spewing typos everywhere. But first there's coffee ☕️

The first book I ever remember owning. I was given it at nursery school. Loved it.

Got to be honest, the whole Take That thing passed me by completely at the time. I was grunge girl. Watching the Netflix documentary, I am now appreciating how strikingly attractive Jason Orange was.

Realised at Fit Club that my basic diet actually isn't as bad as I thought, and could be much healthier with a couple of simple additions. And less sugar! And I'm loving mindlessly ambling on the treadmill. It takes my mind to outerspace. Next week back in the pool. That said, I could murder a 🍷

And a third hospital department refused a referral from my GP. I can only assume NHS lists are coming down because no one is allowed on them anymore until they have a serious incident. I'm now completely without any formal NHS care for a life limiting, disabling, heart affecting genetic condition.

My favourite person isn't good today. It feels like she's preparing to leave us. I hope I'm wrong, but she's slipping beyond our reach at the moment. It hurts.

Gosh that was a long and disappointing day. Yet another NHS department that has kicked me off their list bc ‘we can’t actually treat you because you are too complex’. I now have no hospital support other than emergency care.

Hospital middle of nowhere. Car park refused to give us a ticket but we should be disabled free anyway. Appointment at least an hour late. Bored stupid. Heart rate 136bpm. They took it 3 times just to be sure.

Morning Skyfolk. Today is hospital in the middle of nowhere in the snow day. Gotta say, I'm already impressed with the people running fit camp. They're going out of their way to ensure they don't break me, and have a nutritionist working on how to help with my restrictive eating. Good people.

Morning Skyfolk. Setting aside geopolitical anxiety today & having a pre Whitby packing day, plus time in my study going through old photos of my bro who is 60 next month. He gave me a super record for Christmas that I need to spin. Be prepared for vinyl & old photos spam!

SCREAMS INTO THE EVRI VOID They've claimed 3 times they attempted delivery and put notes through my door. They haven't attempted once to deliver. And M&S aren't enabling online customer service support for non delivery, nor answering their customer support line. I'm screaming into nothingness.
