Flutter really only makes sense when you truly need both platforms - example: social apps where your friends might be on Android. Indie dev reality: building for Android and iOS sounds nice, but only one pays the bills. Android = downloads. iOS = revenue. If you’re solo or small, focus where users actually spend money.

I’ve always wondered why my iOS app performs so much better in Europe compared to the rest of the world. Is it because I’m based here and local usage (even TestFlight installs?) boosts App Store visibility? Or does location still play a sneaky role in ranking and distribution?
