Today was fantastic. Swam with the girls for hours, built piles of rocks, had my parents for dinner. The kids are going to bed soon and then I'm going in the hot tub 🙌

I also woke up to a Facebook message from a guy I tried to buy something from off Marketplace. He complained about the review I gave him and then sent me a screenshot of an article about my company. I will absolutely call the police on this guy if he does anything.

This "trip" (not vacation) is supposed to be Monday through Friday. But weather is looking really bad now for Thursday. Thunderstorms all day and night. Between that and the difficulty the girls are having sleeping here, we may go home Wednesday night.

Girls were up at 6am asking to go swimming 😂

It's rainy and cold but we made it

Everyone is asleep 🙌 Once they wake up, time to whirlwind pack.

I have done a lot of things today and still have a lot of things to do today. Fifteen minutes to chill and then I need to put away laundry, plant grass seed, pick up pizza, and pack.

My girls are very bummed that Home Depot doesn't sell ice cream

Dragging again this morning. I'm normally out the door by now but am having my first cup of coffee. I need my 4yo to start going to bed at a normal time so I can follow suit.

What a night! My 4yo was up past midnight last night like a crazy person. So she fell asleep on the couch while I was making dinner. I carried her to her room at 5:50pm. She was snoring. Then brought the 2yo into the shower with me. She pooped on the floor of the shower.

Burned out my calves and shins again tonight. Anyway, here are some pretty flowers from earlier.

New running shoes arrived. Haven't decided if I should test them tomorrow...

I have zero plan for tomorrow. It should be a lower body day (or run) but my calves/shins are still questionable.

I took a rosemary mint Epsom salt bath so now I smell like a piece of chicken

Attempted run #4. My calves started SCREAMING at me, so I stopped and walked home. Did 4/6 running intervals. Now it's time to ice my legs.

I do not recommend trying to run the morning after leg day

Trying to protect my Achilles so I can keep up the running. Focusing on the soleus AND gastrocnemius. Pretty sure people at the gym think I'm a weirdo because it looks bizarre.

I need to stop using "anti-aging" cream. My whole face is red 😳
