Saint Paul school board member, founder of Love First, and longtime community organizer Chauntyll Allen announced today that she is running for Saint Paul City Council, Ward 4. The seat was vacated by Mitra Jalali, who resigned last month.

Yesterday’s snow day turned into an office takeover! ❄️ School was canceled, so the girls tagged along with me to work. Growing up in Minnesota, I don’t remember ever getting this many snow days but I will say I am super grateful for the extra time it allows me to spend with them.
