Trying to get busy on this platform reminded me about other social media to-do list items- check on my Mastodon account, still 1 follower, check. Check my MySpace accounts, worthless, check. Check my Friendster account, long gone, as is the platform itself, check. I feel like I got a lot done today.

So, this month marks 55 years KUCI 88.9 fm Irvine CA has been on the air, and next month marks 36 years I've been on the job (plus the 5 years there prior as a student DJ and manager. UC Irvine was kind enough to interview me for their podcast news.uci.edu/2024/11/14/f...

New year, still grumpy.

The highlight of our Joshua Tree trip so far- this little dude (my son randomly named him Bartholomew). He was just digging a tunnel as a small of hikers watched.
