I think many liberals forget that arms of government like the police force are not impartial and unbiased entities. People like Kirk fuel the rhetoric that right leaning officials consume which in turn drives harsher treatment of minorities. This directly results in violent mistreatment of innocents

What angers me the most is that institutional and systemic violence is so normalized that people who contribute to it are still considered "innocent" and "deserving of their humanity." Meanwhile, they strip thousands of their humanity or lives, and these victims are left without hope of recourse.
