Showing my 9th graders 'Romeo + Juliet' (1994). Kids ask me why there's no fight between Leonardo DiCaprio (Romeo) and Paul Rudd (Paris), and I just tell them my theory that Paula Rudd was too adorable in the 90s for Baz Luhrmann to have killed onscreen. They buy it. 🤷‍♀️
