Had my surgery today. Honestly didn’t think I’d be under as deep of anesthesia as I was and for as long. I went in cause half my finger was numb with nerve damage. Now my entire right arm is completely numb and dead and I cannot will it to move…For the next 24hrs. Thanks nerve block. Yay…

Sooo hiatus is gonna extend a bit longer as apparently I severed a nerve when i injured my hand. Positive news is I’m getting it repaired in a couple weeks. Hoping i might have a few days before the surgery where my hand functions enough for art but I’m not holding my breath.

You know I’m slowly getting used to only using my left had for everyday tasks. But one enemy still eludes me. Opening water bottles.

So. I’m going on temporary (forced) hiatus from art until the large gash in my palm heals. Good thing I can write on my phone with my left hand. Guess mainly focusing on my book for the next month.

Welp I did it. The entire first draft of my book UNSTABLE is complete at almost 60 chapters. Currently working on the rewrite and cleanup but, that spring release is looking more and more realistic. however it’s only part 1. Part 2 only has a layout and will start after part one is completed.

Alicia Rise/Fall Alicia Rise was one of the 4 expansion colonies of Daxterra Now active Volcanos weren't really a thing on Dax until after the cataclysm. So building a giant island city on a caldera didn't really worry them. Millions of Dead Daxians later they started to care about volcanos.
