If there is one game you play this year, PLEASE let it be 1000xResist. I stumbled across it on a Reddit post when looking for a game similar to Nier. It’s not similar in terms of gameplay, but the existentialist ideas it explores, the morbidity, beauty, and meaninglessness of life… it’s a 10/10 game
