Gloomy. Just six hours drive left…

Four weeks of freedom and easy living is over. The weather is as bad as my mood, but the show must go on. As soon as I have beaten the post-vacation depression I’ll be back spinning records, watching movies and playing some very old computer games.

First 10k of the year. I finally feel back in shape again. I absolutely hate running, but it’s nevertheless a great way to be alone with my thoughts, get outside, experience nature, and get increased physical stamina and mental perseverance as a bonus.

The World Cup is coming to an end. It’s been a mixed bag, and I haven’t felt as detached since Spain’82. Too many teams and hellish match times, for us Europeans at least. That infantile FIFA president hasn’t really made things better. On the bright side Norway are among the last eight… 🇳🇴

Today’s CD haul. Not very cheap, but a few good deals. New releases were incredibly overpriced. The new McCartney for instance was €23!!!

FNAC Algarve. Quite nice selection of new CDs and LPs. Also a great selection of books (also in English). Also the best selection of MINIX figures I’ve ever seen. I’m not really a collector of those, but I ended up getting one anyway…

It’s a heavy bag. Report will follow once I’m rehydrated! 😅
