We normally take a particular way home from the Smoky Mtns. Took a different one today. Mrs asked that I stop for gas/snacks. While filling up I decided to see how close we were to my elementary school (and by extension my old house since it was a stones throw away): 0.9mi.

We're gonna have a rude awakening when school starts back in a few weeks. We've grown soft and undisciplined. That 6:40 bus pickup is gonna hit like a Mack truck and we'll deserve it.
