I am a very big fan of the way Jesse Minter and Mike Macdonald teach their coverage packages — especially the split safety mechanics. Very similar to how Fangio does it, but with their own flavor that makes each unique. It’s no coincidence that all 3 of them had top 10 pass defenses in ‘24 & ‘25.

Just uploaded my 200+ page pass game manual with routes, concepts, coverage ID and coverage teach sheets for the QB.

I struggled trying to sum this up in 300 characters, but here’s the info on the private drive for those who inquired. The coverage library and the material related to the Reid offense, Baltimore & Fangio defenses are extremely informative and what I’m most proud of (douchey, I know, but it’s true.)

Not sexy, but this is really nice Squat technique from Woolen on the backside of QQH against a condensed look. Let the routes develop and get enough depth to close off the hole shot. The physical abilities are all there, so I like seeing a nice process and execution within zone structures.
