What I find so interesting about London-Harwell's work is her use of shadow and depth to further reinforce foreground and background. Creating a character that looks and feels isolated. A narrative that relates to the viewer.

Born in Connecticut earned an BFA & eventually relocated to SoCal, Myah London-Harwell creates narrative works mesh-mashing twee graphic colors & patterns with vintage aesthetics. Many of her series revolve around larger stories often relating to memory, loss, community & communication
