The SETU physics society and staff had an amazing time at the annual IOP Spring Conference 🪲 We loved every minute of it and delighted we could support everyone!

One of the early calculations in mechanics is manipulating and calculating masses and forces of different planetary bodies in our system using Newton's Gravitational Law. I think it's the first step where many students feel like they're truly doing "physics"!

This is cool! How De Broglie, starting with Einstein Planks equations, got to Bohrs postulate but the cool thing I learned is the visual representation of n, the quantum number, in Bohrs model in terms of De Broglie wavelength.
