Why yes, I am laying on my bed with my feet up the wall in an attempt to reduce the heat related swelling in my feet. No. I still cant feel my little toe other than the few brief seconds a day it burns/tingles. Its been 3 days since it went numb after my day at cfz. Nerves and hot weather suck.

Hard to think that this was my first year ever at CFz that I enjoyed it as an attendee. I know we did some online due to covid, but this was my 9th year attending. It was great seeing you all on a social level. Do I miss it? No. I miss you, the attendees. I dont miss the stress, pain, and fatigue.

I have pissed off my Sciatic nerve. This is now day 3.. 4? of constant pain, pins & needles, random numbness and weird nerve shenanigans. I have reached the limits of my tolerance and pain meds now and just want to scream because this shit HURTS. @myloveless.bsky.social is the artist of the grump.

I have a sweary anxiety calendar and each month comes with two slogans. This month is "Don't give up, there's still a couple of motherfuckers to prove wrong" And "Progress over fucking perfection." Good messages to live by, and what I needed.

Learning why a lot of #sims4 builders are rarely also players... when you've put HOURS of painstaking thought into a building, playing it in suddenly seems... lacking something. Doing my first challenge build and im SO proud of it atm.. but I don't think I could play in it.. such a weird feeling.

New shower is in. No more cocking a leg to get in the bath!! Work was completed today, just waiting for sealant to all dry and then I will be enjoying my first easy, no hassle, no pain, shower since Scotia.

Have I put weight on? Yes. Do I want to fix it? Yes. Have I figured out how yet? Nope. IF used to be my go-to, I would fast from 7pm to 1pm 5 days a week, but these days I need to take painkillers at midnight which cant be taken on an empty stomach. I should go swimming. But that takes energy.

Hmm.. only point today thay my watch noted "low stress" and a slight recharge only energy. What was i doing? My newest hyperfixation. Renovating a house on Sims 4. I was completely engrossed in it to the exclusion of all else.

I bought a Garmin watch this week as the "body battery" app is meant to work as well as the Visible.l band thing. I've only had it since Monday, so a while left for it to calibrate to give accurate responses, but.. the sleep coach has opinions on the last 3 nights..🤣🤣

Apparently I need to go for another trip through the Polo Mint of Noise to get full scans of my crappy hip! Arthritis does show up on x-ray but physio thinks the pain/locking is being caused by something else and wants to see what!
