Not much on the Internet makes me properly ugly cry, but today something did. A neglected deaf blind little dog called Zero was fostered to help him heal. He was groomed, nails clipped, bathed, taken home and love.

Periodic reminder that enjoying your things is not a vice. Decluttering stuff you don't like or need is a good idea, but if it turns out while decluttering that you find you still like or need all your stuff, that is good too because now you remember that you have it.

MRI results are back. I have significant 'hypertrophy' of my facet joints and ligaments in L4-S1, so arthritis in my spine. Narrowing of the spinal canal. A dehydrated and prolapsed L5/S1 disk. The S1 nerve path is blocked, completely compressing the S1 nerve on the left, and irritating the right.

Once again pissed about other peoples parents, and wondering what the fuck is so hard about loving and supporting the children you have, even when they're older teens or younger adults. They're your kids. You should love them for who they are, as they are, and want them healthy as they can be.

A lot of problems come from not checking people the first time they try you. You let someone walk all over you, and they will continue to do so. I check people all the time, it's why some people dont like me, but when you've been bullied and you're an abuse survivor, you learn not to take crap.

It's not up to me anymore, if you want me in your life you can find a way to put me there, and if one day i actually start to matter please let me know.

Irony: Buying a steering wheel cover designed to help when the arthritis in my hands is making gripping difficult/painful... and putting it on my steering wheel flares my arthritis. Oh well.. guess i get to instant test it (it works)

You know what sucks? a couple of years ago I had a life. Then something happened, and I wish I knew what. I have spoken on person to one person that isnt family since I came home in May. No-one calls. No-one checks in unless I reach out first. Im so Tired of being by myself.

MRI scan done.. not as bad as i recall, and much lighter/brighter than the one i was in 8 years ago. now to wait 4 weeks for report on it.. yeah.. 4 weeks. ION, i hurt. Today has been a painful day, and i am drained with it. I want to sleep for the next week, or at least through the storm.

I don't remember the last time i saw anyone that isn't my family, or spoke to someone who isn't. It's possibly well over 2 months ago, probably even longer. Might even be July.

Couple of long standing non-furry friends & family are getting pissy that i'm not responding to their attempts to trauma dump just lately when i always made time before. I barely have the bandwidth for my own difficulties, never mind theirs, which are always the same, and never fixed...

Bilateral sciatica with neuropathy is not much fun. It's making bedtime less pleasant, finding a position where something doesn't hurt, or my foot isnt either numb, burning, or suffering waves of pins and needles is getting harder. I just want to sleep, and not hurt.

In other news.. my sciatica has suddenly turned bi-lateral. I've had issues on the right side for 8+ years, with the occasional bit on the left on BAD days. Two weeks ago it started on the left full time, with added numbness in my lower leg and foot. Waiting on an MRI and on alert for CE.

Good News - My hip isn't much worse than it was 6 years ago. Some more narrowing. Bad news - it's 'bad for my age' - AKA i shouldn't have an arthritic hip at 44. Physio suspects it from Trauma at some point, i'm too young for a replacement, so management it is. Say hi to the Gym i guess. *sigh*
