HUGE news from my very talented museum colleague and all around great work from our fossil prep lab student and researcher @akufner.bsky.social and former student @adamfitch.bsky.social. The name, in Eastern Shoshone, means “long ago dinosaur”. Congrats all! 👏🏻

And in other weird news, I now have a fossil species named after me which is perhaps only marginal proof that this account is real 😂
