I advocate we push back on all extremism (left/right/other) and reflect on the systems that foster radicalization. In this US study of domestic extremism, the data shows extremist events are primarily race based (49%) or right wing based (28%) but there is left wing extremist violence as well (8%).

Bailey update. The surgery is done and she’s back home. She has 3 layers of stitches almost 10cm (4”) long and is having a difficult time to settle down. I think it’s going to be a long night with her but thankful to have her home with us. Thanks for all the prayers/good vibes.

Gonna be a tough day. Bailey is having surgery this morning to remove a growth on her side. The vet feels there’s a possibility that it’s cancerous. Asking for prayers/good vibes through the day for successful surgery.

I reached out to a good friend that I lost touch with 6 years ago and we had a 1 hr video call this evening. We’ve both been through a lot over that time and my heart feels full from reconnecting.
