I was wondering who the FOV adjustment can be done in the material ...and after looking into it, it's a bandaid for first person view added late to a ton of contrent in Fortnite! No wonder they did it in the material (it all makes sense now, and is still pretty cool)

So, you can tell a material to just render with a diff FOV (anything Tim Sweeney &co can't do!?) keeps weapons from looking too weird at >90° Explosions from FAB but maybe too BOTW? IDK

New enemy. Trying to make a something like a Fiend from Quake 1 that would leap at you. But, now I feel like I need anims for idle/walk and attack, and a stun state.... and... and.... (which means learning to animate? Or, begging an animator :P )

So cool now you can just voxel up some BS -throw it into an engine and be playing.. Kids dont know, when I was your age I had to *BEG* ponytailed dudes in Birkenstocks, that only spoke in Monty Python quotes if I wanted to implement anything in engine😀
