The Nu Mou village. The area filled with mushrooms makes me highly uncomfortable and I almost skipped the msq parts that happened there to escape this place as soon as possible (but aside from this horrible place I really love Il Mheg)

In previous versions of Eli's lore, she used to date Aymeric (they were even engaged at the end of ShB). But more I wrote Elina's lore, more I realised that it wasn't fitting to her character. I firstly thought of them breaking up after ShB but I ended up entirely retconning their relationship.

My retainers are Elina's best friend and her Azem. Fun facts: Azem often brings gear linked to the Ancient world (Hyperborea, Anamnesis gears etc...) while H'maro often brings back crystals or plushies (so the random item you get when you already had the loot you were supposed to get)

Eli is the scout of the team. As a tank she can easily survive if she accidentally walk into an explosive trap. Sarmis deals with all the pomanders stuff Ambre is the excited one. She opens every chest she sees. She has a constant pox debuff because she opened too many mimics

Nael has the wind up Twintania as minion (farming Lord of Verminion to get it was hell 😅)

Eli's favourite Scion is Estinien (they share a true friendship compared to the other Scions who are mostly working pals to her). Mine is Tataru. I love all the development she got and how caring she is (but I also like Estinien, Krile and Raha, even if Tataru comes first 😎)

Sarmis was hiding in Coethas (she took the opportunity of the eorzean chaos to disappear and was reported as one of the numerous adventurers who died in Castrum Novum). When the climate changed there she was rescued by inhabitants of a small village and she stayed there for almost a year.

Eli was traumatized firstly because she saw one more of her friends disappear and also because she knew it could had been her instead of Estinien. Basically the blessing of Light protected her from Nidhogg influence...

There's few in Norvrandt countryside: people tell legends about a "Light Hunter" who dedicated their life chasing any stray sineater and then vanishing in the shadows without a word once their job was done.

Eli: "Never". She's highly responsible with taxes and all the legal stuff around (she's also dealing with the FC taxes and annoys all the FC members about this) Sarmis: "Tax optimisation isn't really a lie right ? 😅" As a merchant she knows the best practices to lower her taxes.

Eli already knew the basics on how to fight with a great sword (she had learned with Haurchefant) when she firstly found the DRK crystal. She practiced alone for some time without a proper training (she basically leveled until lvl 70-80 but never did the quests aside from the first ones)

"Sometimes we don't have the luxury to check what is the best of the options. This is just do or die" That was one of the last things the 1.0 WoL told Elina. These words remain in her mind even years after

Eli would be a traveler that could be met in various worlds, often warning about imbalance and that Light could destroy a world as well as Darkness. She would highly confuse Sora as she's a white haired dark magic user, which is often linked to villains in KH (hopefully her eyes are not yellow xD)

I started as a female highlander before fantasia into a female elezen (I used other fantasias later but only to change some physical features of my elezen)

Sarmis is a traveling merchant so even if she wasn't part of the msq events she was often around, taking the opportunity brought by all the changes brought by the Scions (and she also collaborates with Tataru). During the End of Days she went back to Thavnair to help her people getting into safety.

I've a Nael alt on Dynamis. I firstly made her because of multiple jokes (and of course because I liked this character). But I never imagined I'd end up running almost the entire msq on this alt (the cutscenes are a real nonsense and fun when you have a character that's not supposed to be here)

Exploration mode for Alliance Raids Having a better job balance in Frontlines (no the full tank meta is not fun)

Eli would have 2 moods: In Shatter/Onsal/SealRock : Commander DRG or DRK and try to help the team focus on how to win. In Secure: murderous BH5 SMN Doesn't care for objectives, only to how many people burned during her LB. Many kills and assists, some accidental deaths Big damage go brrrr

Ultima Thule's part was really hard for me on a personal matter: Seing every friend of my WoL leaving, letting her alone to walk to the end made echo to several hard memories of my personal life. I cried a lot during that segment (even when I replayed it on my alt, while already knowing the full msq

Eli would be a lore addict and field operations enjoyer (mainly OC and Eureka) Sarmis would do some housing and hold a venue (and probably attend to some art parties) Ambre would be an harcore raider (and AFK on Limsa's lala bench when she's not raiding)

Transmission is an important subject for Elina so she'll take few disciples and she'll work on building Ishgard adventurer's guild. She'll also try to do everything she can to bring improvement to the adventurer's status (and how to bring a bit more safety to this job).

Eli's living dead is a manifestation of her will to keep fighting no matter the cost. It's basically a desperate move where she's ready to do anything that could strike her enemy down, even if it means that she might probably die from it too.

As a SMN and a DRK Eli is both. She'll prefer fighting in melee range but when the situation needs it she can go at ranged range and blast the battlefield with big summons and elemental spells

Zoraal Ja smashed Elina's left arm and even with the help of the best healers around, her arm didn't fully recover yet. Since, Elina has issues to lift any heavy things with this arm and she had to reconsider how to fight.

Sarmis is a travelling merchant so basically she can go to most of the places in the Source, as long as it's safe to travel there (and that foreigners are allowed) Ambre has access to the Dome, Shaaloani and Tuliyollal (she's from S9 but emigrated in Tural for health and family reasons)

Mounts: - GC chocobo (got badly hurted in SB so he's mostly chilling in the stalls of the FC house now) - Megalotragus/ibex (Eli found him when she was in the Diadem. She rescued him and then he never stopped following her) - Vali's wings (manifestation of Eli's channeling Vali's aether)

My FC exists in Eli's lore. She joined it in ARR but due to the founder disappearing, she had to take the lead and since she tries to bring her support to each of her fellow members. she's also doing most of the administrative stuff, which is something that Eli surprisingly enjoy

Elina: reads everything of what's written in the group chat and posts only once or twice per year, about important stuff Sarmis: reads most of the content. Loves emoji. Sends some voice messages and travel pics. Really active when she's traveling (on boat/airship/train) because she's bored.

ShB role quests are a large chapter in Eli's story.The begining is canon but the resolution differs. when it became evident that she was doomed because of the Light (after Inno) she decided to hunt the last stray sineaters by her own, accompanied by Ardbert and Feo.

Eli saw her family die in front of her and... It didn't ended well. Out of despair she unleashed her unstable magic and destroyed her entire village. So... If it happened during the End of Days she would had instantly turned into a Blasphemy.

Eli is sensitive to this type of situation because she has been one of these arrogant adventurers (and it ended up with the death of her party and years of therapy for her) She would heavily try to warn them. And follow them from far away, ready to intervene to avoid them to experience a tragedy

Eli signed up with Ishgard and is a lieutenant in the Order of the Knights Dragoons. She enlisted because she wanted to repay that city that gave her a place to stay and to start anew after loosing almost everything.

Eli's still around Tuliyollal and she's waiting to get some news from Oblivion concerning soul damage issues (as she's now banished from Solution 9 she can't directly get the information herself).

Eli was horrified to see how much time hurted them (including Venat) (and it convinced her that nobody should live that long). However she doesn't pity them nor does she empathize with them. They chose to fight for what they believed in even if she condamn some of their choices

Eli loves Sohm Al tarts. She could eat dozen of them and even as an adult she can't be responsible when these cakes are involved And yes she has already been sick in the past because she ate too much of them 😅

For Elina: Coils, Firmament (especially farming in the Diadem), Namazu & pixies quests, Island Felicity and Aloalo Islands Pandemonium and ShB rôle quests also happened but with some changes compared how the story is told in the game

Sarmis is a DNC but none of the job quests are canon for her. As she grew up in Thavnair she learned DNC there, as an art (she grew up in a community dedicated to any form of art) and as a way to defend herself when she travelled (firstly through the island and later when she left to the continent)
