As the biggest anti-Wetherspoons proponent, I am willing to bow to the will of the pub meet masses (also, I could do with spending a little less where I can myself). So what say ye...

As such, several people have suggested that they are willing to go back to a Wetherspoons for our monthly meets so as to offset the cost of the extra travel some of us have to bear.

As much as I love the ambience in the Cittie of Yorke, sadly the cost of food and drink is more in line with most other non-chain pubs in London and appears to be putting some people off going.

To Wetherspoons or Not to Wetherspoons That is the question... One of the major problems with holding a pub meet in Central London is the cost, and sadly Wetherspoons offer the cheapest prices you are likely to find anywhere in Central London.
