Blue Sky Healing Steps enjoyed a brilliant birdwatching walk with Rose, Northam Burrows Country Park Ranger, this week. From Stonechats and Skylarks to Curlew and Godwits on the Skern, the group soaked up the wildlife and ended with a well-earned hot drink. Huge thanks to Rose for a fantastic day! 🐦

Heddon Valley on the Exmoor coast is striking in its beauty. A steep climb to the top is rewarded with magnificent views ⛰️

Improvement works on the Marsland Mouth to Newquay (75 mile) stretch of the South West Coast Path, are now complete and include new steps, bridges, gates and signage, designed to make walking this stunning section of Coast Path an even better experience. 📷 Porthcothan by Cornwall Council

This week we had the pleasure of filming with @francetv.bsky.social as we walked along the #swcp at Land’s End. We talked about the benefits of walking, the history of the Coast Path, and the work we do at the charity to protect and improve the Path.
