Update, setup an old ipad and a Shadow Cloud PC and it's working surprisingly well for now. Less expensive than a new PC and allows me to get back to work while I don't have enough to buy a new laptop pc.

Update: Laptop is totally dead, as per the tech diagnosis x_x I'm currently on a Cloud PC trying to setup things again while I try to gather funds for a new computer. -_-
