My life experiences/trauma/mental health has given me a different perspective on my life. Mostly negative. People try to change my mind sometimes. But they haven't lived my life. If they did, they would likely think the same way. For my life, my reactions are very understandable.

The combination of getting rid of toxic people in your life, and having trauma related to relationships is not a good combo. You get rid of toxic people (or they get rid of you) but having trauma that stops you from trying to make any other connections. The result can mean being alone. Completely.
