What was your biggest impact on the internet? I transformed the fan culture of a legendary video game series, forcing the entire FGC to take notice of even the smallest of story details.

I'm beginning to think G, Q, JP, and Necalli could try working together, if they aren't already. If JP is a Hannibal Lecter type, they'd have a whole system to take care of people who oppose them. 1) The Q puppets collect the "ingredients", i.e. the opposing forces.

My advice for having a nice bluesky experience: - follow *and boost* anybody who posts weird/interesting stuff. If your paths diverge you can mute them - interact with people in good faith and you'll often be met with the same (and gain followers) - post the kinds of things you want to see more of!

It took some time to process, but sadly my time at Rolling Stone has come to an end. Alongside some other fantastic writers, I was recently laid off. Some folks may only know me as the gaming editor, but my 10-year run encompassed so much more.

I wondered what song they might actually be playing in this image, and the first violin-driven rock song I thought of was Istanbul (Not Constantinople) by They Might Be Giants. The strangest thing: IT WORKS.

Sometimes I wonder if I was born to be a filker, or otherwise a singer-songwriter who specifically writes and sings about nerd topics. Of course I'd be a Street Fighter filker, but I never played an instrument well enough to do it.

Another thing to throw out there: I think Ibuki would serve as a better villainess than either Juri or A.K.I. Juri is a good anti-hero, A.K.I just wants love, but Ibuki has the potential to be unredeemable.

I know everyone wants to see a good Street Fighter movie that retells what happened in II, but I gotta be honest, if I were a producer, I'd have no interest in doing it. Ibuki's story would be the core of mine, but she would not be the main protagonist.
