BREAKING: The Cop City domestic terrorism charge against Jamie Marsicano has been dropped. DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Gregory A. Adams issued an order Thursday, stating that the 29-month delay in moving the charge forward violated Mariscano's speedy trial and due process rights.
