Has anyone here ever had CBT therapy? Trying to figure out if I'd be worth it for me. I've tried some free NHS therapy things but they didn't work. Thank you. Specifically to combat childhood trauma, depression, anxiety. I'm usually okay, but I'm walking on eggshells.

I need to stop working on multiple projects at once I get distracted... but I work well with fresh ideas AND I have lots of ideas. A blessing and a curse.

I didn't realise how much I depend on my iron fish until I stopped using it... (family member can't have too much iron) Gosh. I'm seeing stars... The problem is, I'm constantly anemic and doctors just fix the symptoms (for 2 weeks at a time) not the underlying problem...

I find it insane how many people ask me for advice on something, then when I give the advice and tell them how I did it, they call bluff... Why bother asking?

Good job France. Supermarkets donate to Olio here in the UK but unfortunately just a few (as it's not law). Hopefully it will be law one day. Food dates are just guesses and/or when the food is at it's best - Best Before. So many things can be frozen or eaten within the next few days.

I think the best comedians (+ creatives) often come from pain. Humor + art are coping mechanisms. The more you’ve been through, the sharper it gets. But it also works the other way too. To joke about life, you have to understand it deeply… and that can make you pretty cynical.

A couple of weeks ago... The next ticket I had, won! I know luck is random, but sometimes it sure as hell doesn't feel like it.

I never seem to win anything, but every time I go on holiday I do! And always on the last day. What are the chances of that... Won £600 in Australia Lotto ticket in Edinburgh won £2,250! (But £90 as shared between 25 people). How odd.

I find it insulting that in this day and age there aren't laws to protect against this. Police: "We spoke to this person... Unfortunately they have said it's not them." Me: "Can't you trace the call or the Instagram account?" Police: "Unfortunately not and we can't do anything without proof."

Guys, please... What can I do about a stalker? I'm at my wits end with this now. 5 years on and off. The police have investigated but can't do anything because it's online. This person has also told lies about me and tried to smear me, by calling up my uni, my workplace and messaging friends.

I think I've found my common theme... "art challenges my thoughts, teaches and interacts" Films with relatable themes. Films that inspire and teach, as well as being funny and entertaining. BINGO.
