Finals season is fast approaching

I don't think anything tells me I'm really making it in academia more than starting my day with 14 new unread emails from three different publishing companies

There's something very core to the grad student experience about planning to get a lot of work done for a project, only to get sidetracked, be very productive, then get sidetracked by a third thing. In completely unrelated news, I now have marginally more progress on three separate projects

50 pages in and already excited about this. Super insightful for PhD advising.
