I loathe Generative AI but "AI" as a whole can have some good uses. I've really been digging into my smart home setup, and I'm thinking I'll set up a local Large Language Model to go with it. Running everything in-house shouldn't have have nearly the environmental impact of using cloud-based LLMs.
