Ok yeah, I think this is an effect worth rolling into the base. Update to him again: this time he has an eye glow slider that takes the color of the eyes and plugs that into an emission shader. Get him here: drive.google.com/drive/folder...

Important note about glow effects in blender: they only exist within the compositor. If you want the glow to be stronger, you can increase the emission value, but you can *also* go on the compositor and increase the glare effect there. docs.blender.org/manual/en/la...
