Okada walking out with the varsity jacket instead of one of his usual entrance attire is something I haven't gotten used to yet.

Megan Bayne, Lena Kross, Hyan and Maya World fit in so much within about 10 minutes. They would have an even better match with a couple extra minutes tapped on. That was fun. #AEWDynasty

Mark Davis always delivers. He needs the same kind of career trajectory as Kyle Fletcher had when Mark was out injured for an extended period of time. I would seriously put the title on him in this match. #AEWDynasty

Willow Nightingale just got done with Mega Bayne and Lena Kross, and now she has to put up with Kamille. Three skyscrapers of the AEW women's division.

Kamille is back, ha. We still don’t know who attacked her over in her last appearance in this company, that was all the way back in 2024.

Mark Davis has really stepped up this year, and with Kyle Fletcher being out with injury, there’s no better time for AEW/TK to start putting more stock into him and booking him like a threat. They did the exact same thing w/ Kyle when Mark was out. Put the TNT Title on him.

I wasn’t expecting Okada and Takeshita to actually start throwing hands after it’s been teased for months that they hate each other aha. I wonder how much Kyle Fletcher’s injury has altered plans.

Henare would get over with the AEW crowd now more than he did in his previous appearances. He’s a much more complete talent now. Callum Newman in the US is something I’ll have to get used to, ha.

That opening match from TNA IMPACT yesterday was probably the most fun TV match this week.

Imagine a feud people have been anticapting to see, especially one with 15-20+ years of history, only for a celebrity to be inserted to build interest, even though it wasn't necessary. Imagine that when CM Punk feuded w/ Samoa Joe or Seth Rollins, or when GUNTHER and Ilja feud. Scary.

Why did they feel it was necessary to add that stupid sound effect at the beginning of Oba Femi’s theme song? Stop tweaking things that don’t need to be touched.

The fact that the 'Thriller' scene in the Michael Jackson movie was filmed in the EXACT same location of the original music video is amazing. It doesn't look like the building in the background changed one bit.

Time really does feel like it's on 1.5x speed whenever the clocks go forward during the first couple days or week.

I like that Mara Sade does everything and anything rather than limiting herself to doing cutesy, traditional wresling matches all the time. Very few women are doing that in the major companies, or allowed to, unfortunately. 🤼‍♀️

Jada Stone really showed out last night in the mixed tag team match with Trey Miguel, Mustafa ali, and Tasha Steelz. She and Mustafa could 100% steal the show if they had a singles match on a TNA show.

Thekla has stepped up her game over the past few months.

Top Flight still being in this spot rather than a team the AEW tag team division is built around is sad. 5-6 years later.

I like this Sol Ruca and Zaria promo segment, but it didn't have to go this long. And these fools in the crowd are trying to ruin it by drowning out Sol with boos when they barely cared about Zaria in the past.

CM Punk is so great at being an antagonizing wise ass, it feels like it's been a long while since he's leaned into it that much.

I hate how stupid everything is.

I can't remember the last time an episode of AEW Dynamite has felt this "off" while having this many top talent on the show. The strange crowd audio hasn't helped. Excluding video packages, Okada, Bucks, Swerve, Moxley, Ospreay, Darby have all appeared on the show, but it hasn't made a difference.

Matches like this make me wonder what the catering is like in AEW because so many talent on the roster love biting their opponents. Do they not get fed?

Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis have grown so much in over the past years to be viewed as their own men that seeing them teaming together doesn’t even feel like “Aussie Open reunion.” They’re just two singles fellas who happen to be in the same faction. 🤼

And of course TK would have this many women’s matches on PPV with one barely lasting 5 minutes.

It’s not even cute little tagline, no wrestling promotion delivers PPVs of the quality that AEW does on a consistent basis.

I like that there’s a wrestler like Marina Shafir around in a major promotion. She isn’t here for any cutesy bullshit in matches, she has her way of working and isn’t changing for anyone.

I don't think Lena Kross should lose a match any time soon, and Megan Bayne shouldn't be losing another title match either. If Lena isn't beating Willow Nightingale, just go with a DQ finish, seriously. 🤼‍♀️

Any time I see Lena Kross, she reminds me of Jamie Hayter when she had the two-tone hair.

I was going to say I can't be bothered to watch the AEW Revolution kick-off show, but then I remembered Willow Nightingale and Lena Kross are facing each other. I'll tune in for that for sure.

Not even Gabe Kidd crawling around like a creature from Resident Evil can ruin how cool David Finlay looks walking down to the ring.

Mike Bailey vs Kyle Fletcher: sequel. Their last match may have been my favourite from the Continental Classic.

Compelling closing segment on RAW. I didn’t know how far back CM Punk and the Samoan Dynasty went back; it goes even further beyond he and Umaga. That was The best Usos have been in a long time too Punk and so many peeps have said the same thing about Roman Reigns never apologising to The Usos, ha.

An extremely random "Super Dragon!" chant from someone in the crowd. Got a little chuckle out of me.

More Ivy Nile, please. Can't be having her sitting on the sidelines as much as she has on the main roster. She's looking good here.

Giulia has a single title to defend, like she did previously, and they haven't once corrected any of the issues from that original title reign which was a flop. She continues to be reduced to a tag team wrestler. Miserable main roster run.

A new little addition to the long list of stories of Sami Zayn interacting with people: Cody Rhodes just said on his latest podcast w/ GUNTHER that Sami once politely implied that his work was lazy in catering. 😆

TK couldn't even allow Thekla and Thunder Rosa main event this AEW Dynamite. It was promoted a week longer than the late notice trios match.

Of course, whenever there are two women’s matches on AEW Dynamite, one is always a squash match to not take up any TV time for the 4-5 men’s matches in the show. Every time. It’s 2026.

I feel more optimistic about AJ Lee's run after her recent match, interaction with Kairi, and her promo yesterday. I'll be completely fine with the outcome of the gaunlet match next week, they're all fresh opponents for her. Bayley is he main one for me.

So far, Zayda Steel has looked like she's belonged against every opponent she's face with more experienced than her since signing with AEW. I look forward to her eventually facing Mercedes Mone based on how creative Mercedes can be against lesser experienced people.

Yet another great match between CM Punk and Finn Balor. Finn did is all alone, now I'm curious to see where things go between him and Judgment Day.
