It's amazing what triggers some people. Earlier this week I looked at a driver for three seconds maximum and cycled on. He then followed me into a side road, drove straight at me, forcing me to take avoiding action and ride up onto the pavement, calling me a c*** at the same time.

When setting the frame rate on your action camera do you opt for NTSC (60/30) or PAL (50/25)?

This pothole was originally reported to Merton Council just over two weeks ago. It doesn't look like anything has been done. They are aware, so if a cyclist is killed after riding into it, they could be held liable.

The Met Police had a number of spreadsheets available to download from their website that showed the status of reports made by the public. Using the link I was given these have disappeared. I've tried searching using various keywords with no success. What keywords should I use, or what is the link?

Just had a Police Officer call me about a driver that I reported last month. He might want to call round and take a face to face statement. They're not treating it as a motoring offence, but as a road rage offence.

For only the second time I've reported a driver for a Public Order offence, as opposed to a driving offence. Aggressive middle aged driver with little man syndrome gets out of his car swears in front of children but backs off when he sees my helmet camera.

Does the NHS suffer a lot from patients not turning up to appointments? Over the past year or so, I've made a number of visits to the doctors, hospital and clinics. I used to get maybe one reminder, but now I get several by email, text and phone call.

I went to Court today for a driver that I had reported for using a mobile phone whilst driving, they were composing an email. They pleaded guilty, so I wasn't called as a witness in the end. The clerk of the Court collected me from the witness room so that I could observe the sentencing.

Just had a Court Warning email for Lavender Hill Magistrates Court in July for a mobile phone offender. I didn't receive the standard 'Dates to Avoid' email and have a work conference that day that I now can't attend. I'm not disappointed, other than missing out on the free food and drink after.

I went to Court earlier this month for a driver that was prosecuted under the mobile phone legislation. They were found guilty, fined and given points. They've made an application for an appeal, so I have to attend Court again.

I arrived at Court five hours ago as a witness in a mobile phone offence. The morning's session has overrun and things are due to resume at 2:15. It sounds like the driver is now going to change their plea to guilty, so l won't be needed. I guess their solicitor advised them to. A day wasted.

You never know who might be watching you, so it's not a good idea to be using your phone whilst driving.

Today I spent just over three and three quarter hours in Court. I was there as a witness in relation to a mobile phone offence. Why was I there for so long? The defendant failed to show up. As a result, instead of a £200 fine, it cost them £734.

I haven't bothered repairing inner tubes for years, but recently bought these pre-glued patches. Easy to use and apply, BUT half of them don't stay put. They seem okay as a get you home measure, but not permanent. Can you recommend any other pre-glued ones that actually work?

A week ago I was in a pub with some friends and one of them ordered a toasted sandwich and chips. Instead of putting salt and vinegar on his chips, he put pepper and vinegar. First time I've seen that, might try that next time I have chips.
