McClave PK-12 is ready for a new building! Thanks to the Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant, McClave PK-12 will be getting a new school building where the athletic complex once was. The plan includes a 70,000 square foot building and a separate bus zone to help with traffic.

November is Military Family Appreciation Month. We're honoring the schools that support our military families, like in Lewis-Palmer School District 38. The Johnson family got a special surprise when their older sister Madisyn returned home after 6 months of deployment to surprise her siblings.

For Teacher Tuesday, we're highlighting 5th grade teacher Carlos Ruiz-Chavez. He teaches at Riverview School, a dual-language school in Roaring Fork School District. When not teaching, Carlos enjoys spending time outdoors and is a huge music fan who loves collecting vinyl albums.
