To anyone who has even reached the interview stage of a job application: How frequently do interviewers use gotcha questions? Because during today's interview prep, I was asked a total of two of them. First one, i wasn't even able to answer, and the second one, I answered with rudeness and sarcasm.

What does it mean if the job opening i applied for is still open a month and a half after i submitted my application? Should I apply again, or should i take it as a sign that the company has struck gold, is snorting coke, and just wants to waste the applicants' time?

Even just preparing for interviews is taking a toll on my sanity. I doubt I have enough to stomach my next job coaching session, but the important thing is that prior to even creating this account, I've at least planted the seeds for socialism. I pray my comrades will at least water them.

One good thing I will say about the in-person job fairs I wish considered at the time of taking these photos is that while no job fair will get you a job, communists that are organizing within a group can attend these events to find prospective comrades.

How many of those are real? Because 60% of them won't respond back, 39% of them are scripted to automatically reject applicants. The remaining 1% are the interviews you land, though they are really just a formality where you're invited to the manager's office before you never hear from them again
