It is Ladies’ Day! We in Men Run Deez Streets and Black Chicago Runners (BCR) take this occasion to celebrate the Ladies of BCR because you are the heart and soul of our community. The Saturday Crew wrapped up Week 4 of training season with 9 miles for marathoners and 7 miles for half marathoners.
